By ordering in the eu-gbl.com client is obliged to provide true and correct information. Customers use of the store accepts the principles set in these Rules.

Proper and safe use of products from eu-gbl.com is the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers are informed about the risks which they may cause  offered to products through appropriate labeling of the product, and data sheet is appended with every product, which the buyer must learn and apply the information contained herein, and refer to it all the people who will be have a contact with the material. At the bottom of each detailed description page there is a button labelled CART. You will see the item added to your shopping cart. Our shopping system allows for reviewing cart contents at any time.

To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the REMOVE ITEM button.

If you would like to interrupt while shopping in our shop and you are logged in to your shopping cart after you log out items will not be removed. You can return to it after you log in at any time. And if you are not logging in to your shopping cart items is stored for a period of 24 hours (cookies enabled).

  1. Payment and pricing policy

eu-gbl.com will never debit your credit card for items not in stock. Your credit card is only charged when goods are despatched. All items listed are subject to availability and release.

Prices indicated in our online shopping mall are with VAT (Value Added Tax).

Sale options

  2. Goods will be sent to you within the next available delivery run.
  3. Orders placed before noon will be shipped same day.
  4. Out of stock items: your sales representative will contact you.
  5. All international shipments shall be handled by DHL or EMS Pocztex/USPS.

eu-gbl.com shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “the Company” and the purchaser or proposed purchaser of the products supplied by the Company as “the Customer”. All quotations are given and all orders are accepted on these terms, and shall exclude any other terms or conditions stipulated or incorporated or referred to by the Customer.

The conclusion of the sales contract is the acceptance by the Customer of the Rules and the information contained in the Statement. A signed statement must be provided by e-mail only 1 time for 12months (account activation). Placing an order in the store is tantamount to acceptance of the contents of the statement. If Customer will not provide completed statement to already paid order, shop will refund Customers money minus 100pln(25euros) as operational costs and bank costs.

Products sold by the store are only for washing, cleaning and polishing. They can not be used for other purposes, and particularly in:

– An ingredient in medications or as a cure

– Food additive

– A medical product

– An ingredient in cosmetics or as a cosmetic (for men)

– Explosive.

  1. Quotations

All the quotations are open for acceptance within 14 days, and after this period the Company’s stated prices will require confirmation. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend a quotation until an order has been accepted.

All the prices are given with VAT tax.

  1. Payment

All payments must be made in advance. Payment will be required in one of the following forms: cash, bank transfer, credit card, ePrzelew. payment on delivery (Polish customers only). Invoices are issued in PLN, according to EUR/PLN exchange rate on the date the sale was invoiced. The total amount may vary due to flexible EUR/PLN rates.

  2. The Company will endeavour to deliver the products to the place specified by the Customer within a reasonable time. However, all the delivery dates are approximate and are in no way the essence of the Contract.

Prices of delivery are specified in the shop. (counted automaticly for each country)

  1. All international shipments shall be handled by Posta LT, DPD, GLS or EMS Pocztex/ USPS.
  2. The Customer shall inspect the goods on receipt. All claims for shortage, error, defective material or other damage loss must be made by the customer within 48 hours after the receipt of goods by notifying the Company. If no written report is received within 48 hours, the Customer will be deemed fully to have accepted the delivery.
  3. Visible damage should be noted on the bill of landing on the receipt of the goods. If goods are signed for as complete, the claim shall be between carrier and Customer.
  4. All shipping charges relating to the delivery of orders shall be invoiced to the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
  5. In the event of war, riot, explosion, fire, flood, lockout, shortage of material or labour, or any cause beyond the Company’s control, delivery may be dalayed until the events described are terminated and the situation has returned to normal.

  7. The goods can be returned only with the Company prior consent. Only approved returns will be accepted.
  8. The Company will not authorise any return unless the Customer notifies the Company within 14 days of delivery of the precise reason why return authorisation is being requested. The goods must be complete, including packaging in the same condition as supplied.
  9. In case of warranty returns, return authorisation is also required, as well as completed COMPLAINT FORM. When returning faulty printer consumables, a sample of the print must be provided. The Company will aim to resolve the complaint within 14 working days. Should the supplier abroad be consulted, the time limit may prolong to 30 working days.
  10. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  11. The return item will be sent at the customer’s expense if the warranty claim is rejected (the damage caused by misuse, wrong storage, etc.)
  12. Warranty and return

The supplier warrants all the goods to be free from functional defects in material and workmanship, provided that they are not due to misuse or operation under adverse circustances. Warranty claims must be made within 90 days from the date of the invoice issued by the Company for the goods. This warranty is limited to either replacement of the faulty material or refund of the purchase price.

Return policy

  1. The goods can be returned only with the Company prior consent.
  2. Only approved returns will be accepted.
  3. The Company will not authorise any return unless the Customer notifies the Company within 14 days of delivery of the precise reason why return authorisation is being requested. The goods must be complete, including packaging in the same condition as supplied.
  4. In case of warranty returns, return authorisation is also required, as well as completed COMPLAINT FORM. When returning faulty printer consumables, a sample of the print must be provided.
